Fogstar Drift 12-105 battery

The Fogstar Drift 12-105 battery is a very high quality rechargeable LiFePO4 12V lithium battery, rated at 105Ah with a capacity of 1.28kWh (1280Wh).

It’s constructed using premium grade A EVE cells, with an integrated 100A BMS, housed in a tough plastic casing with IP67 waterproof rating.

It is an ideal power source for 12V boat domestic systems, offering twice the usable capacity of a 12V 100Ah lead acid battery, whilst also being only a small fraction of the weight and size. It could also be used to power small 12V electric outboard in a dinghy. Unlike many rivals the Fogstar Drift 12-105 battery has built-in heating (for cold weather charging) and Bluetooth communication of all data to a free app on your smartphone. It’s also compatible with most of the regularly seen charging systems – mains and MPPT solar – from manufacturers such as Victron.

These batteries can be wired in parallel, up to 4 in total, for a potential total bank capacity of over 5kWh.
