The ePropulsion Spirit 2 bag set consists of two bags – one for the motor, one for the battery – designed to protect your shiny new outboard in storage and transport. The battery bag is made from very strong, double layer padded material, with padded handles and zipped storage pockets for additional items such as chargers and kill cords. The motor bag is made from the same material but without the padded layer.

Separating the bags for battery and motor means they are much easier to carry, ie lighter, than having everything in one larger bag. It’s often easier to fit two smaller bags on a boat than one larger one anyway. And you don’t always want the motor and the battery in the same place either, for example if you wanted to put the motor shaft in a cockpit locker but bring the battery inside the cabin for charging.

The ePropulsion Spirit 2 bags are “one size fits all” which basically means they fit the L (Long) shaft perfectly and are therefore a bit longer than necessary for the S (Short) and XS (Extra Short) models… but you can always fill the extra space with other useful boating things like buoyancy aids or waterproof jackets!
