ORU Haven 16ft folding kayak. The ORU HAVEN 16ft folding kayak is the largest in the ORU range of open cockpit kayaks, and can be configured to take one or two people. It’s a little more involved to set up than the single seaters, but as with many such things there’s a knack to it and once you’ve done it a few times it’s easy… taking less time than to inflate a similar size inflatable kayak, for example. It can take up to 500-lb (220kg) in crew and gear, yet only weighs 41-lb (18kg) itself. It also has a very efficient hull, we’ve romped past friends in double sit-on-tops for example.
