Blade Halo S electric outboard motor, S shaft.

This is the revolutionary new electric outboard with 3kW continuous power output (up to 3.3kW in brief bursts) with 1700Wh battery capacity. That powerful motor and big battery doesn’t make the Blade Halo hopelessly heavy though. Remarkably the TOTAL weight is only 22kg, of which 8kg is the removable battery. So your “pass up and down weight” – if you’re putting it on a yacht tender for example – is only 14kg. Even with the battery fitted it’s significantly lighter than the 4-6hp petrol motors to which it can reasonably be compared (they’re typically 25-27kg).
